Wellness Workshops & Seminars

These workshops and seminars are to educate the general population about the importance of wellness. The sessions incorporate teaching about the three integrating aspects of Mind, Body and Spirit for optimal health and wellness. Educating parents is the key to transferring this information down to children to harness them with healthier choices. To create change we need to start educating families to break patterns and behaviours that don’t serve our best interest.


My years of extensive travel (especially around South East Asia) through my work enabled me to gain a strong wellness background. Living in Japan for six years extended this knowledge even further with many unique experiences and encounters.


My workshops teach how the Triad Wellness Triangle works within us and how important it is to keep them all well balanced for optimal health. My wellness sessions include:


  • Stress management
  • Nutrition for wellness
  • Body movement and mobility for wellness
  • Visualisation to create wellness
  • Sound therapy
  • Meditation
  • Energy Anatomy
  • Breathing patterns etc.
